   You may cancel a monthly membership at any time by providing at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. Day passes and personal training sessions are non-refundable once booked unless otherwise agreed. For more information, please contact us directly.

   Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner within our facilities. We reserve the right to deny entry or cancel memberships if behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of gym policies.
